Dawn Bergau

Dawn joined Velocity during the fall of 2015 and quickly became an asset, as an Aerospace recruiter.

Previously spending over 21 years with the Anthony's Restaurant Company working as a General Manager at several locations throughout the Northwest.  She has extensive background in operations management which includes recruiting, hiring, and leading teams to success. She managed facilities and overall restaurant profit, accolades include exceeding profit margins, leading teams with successful safety records, record yearly sales in set locations and companywide single day sales. She decided to retire from Anthony's to join Velocity as a recruiter.

Dawn is now the operations manager for Velocity. Taking on any task thrown her way and building a partnership with new employees and clients. "Relationship building is the key to our success."  We look forward to working with you!

Joe Cairney

Joe has over 15 years of experience within the staffing industry. His career began as a Business Development Manager managing light industrial accounts. He then moved into recruiter role and filled positions in a variety of different verticals, ranging from administrative to technical. His skills both in business development and recruiting were recognized and was promoted into a Branch Manager role. Over the past 15 years he has managed single branch offices to regional markets. Joe has overseen accounts like Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.

Over the past 4 years, Joe has played a vital role in the Pacific Northwest for a Global Staffing Firm as the Area Director, managing a portfolio of high profile accounts and playing a key part in the growth of several verticals. His knowledge of the market and developing solutions for organizations made him stand out from other competitors.
